Stan and Alison Bennett, owners of Bennett Radio/Digital Group, have announced the 5th annual WOXO Oxford County Project Graduation Radio-Thon presented by L-A Harley-Davidson on Thursday May 8th from 6am-7pm.

The 13-hour event will benefit Project Graduation committees at Oxford Hills, Telstar, Dirigo, Mountain Valley and Buckfield.

WOXO will work in conjunction with each committee to raise funds to provide a safe, fun, drug-free and alcohol-free celbration for graduating seniors

Monetary donations will be accepted throughout the day at the WOXO studio at 243 Main St. in Norway. Listeners may also donate by credit card via the Northeast Bank Donation Line at (207) 743-5911.

Local business representatives, local officials, School administrators, stdents and other guests will join the WOXO on-air team to discuss the importance of supporting Project graduation throughout Oxford County.

Many local businesses have added support to the event including: Northeast Bank, L-A Harley-Davidson, 290 Maine St. Pub, Oxford Federal Credit Union, Russell & Sons Towing and Recovery, Speedway Inc., Stephens Memorial Hosptial, Rolfe Corporation, Farm Dawgz, Clean Cut Painting.
